Cancellation and Refund Policy
N2.app operates with a simple but strict cancellation/refund policy:
Within 7 days of payment you may cancel and request a refund for any reason.
Please note that the 7 days starts EXACTLY on the day and time you made the payment. This is how the 7 day period is based.
We will NOT issue refunds after this 7 day period.
- HOW TO CANCEL AND REQUEST A REFUND
Sign into your account(dash.n2.app), then click the avatar(circle) in the upper right hand corner(next to the timezone selector).
From there you can manage your account.
Once your account has been cancelled and you are within the 7 day refund period you can message us on Telegram and ask for a refund.
Please make sure to cancel your account before contacting us. Refunds will NOT be given if you account is still active.
If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, we will need to perform a security/verification check please contact us on Telegram to start this process.
- EFFECTIVE AND UPDATES
This Refund Policy is effective at 8:00 a.m. on Jan 1, 2019. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time, and will post any revised Policy on this page. You will know we have changed the Policy when you see a new effective date in the first sentence of this paragraph. The Company will not notify its Website visitors or customers of any such changes by e-mail or other personal contact. We encourage you to check the date of this Policy whenever you visit this Website so that you will know when you need to review the Policy for modifications. Please note that this Policy applies to all information collected online by the Company.
